Remote, Europe | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Implement content strategy and campaign development on different GEOs across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter, Discord) that prompt our consumer to engage and share with their community regularly;
  • Monitor content to ensure it authentically aligns with brand values and positioning;
  • To scale innovative ideas from conception to campaign execution, maintaining a distinct yet cohesive brand perspective throughout;
  • Cultivate advocacy and engagement through organic channels, ensuring top-tier community management across all business lines;
  • Lead competitive tracking of social activity, identify and ideate around new content and monitor the industry for best practices in driving engagement;
  • Establish benchmarks and best practices to guide and scale marketing efforts across all channels on certain GEOs;
  • Produce + edit original social media content that is highly creative and brings the brand to life through storytelling and connects with and engages consumers;
  • Approve social media calendar and UGC content provided by the Social + Content Coordinator;
  • Establish success metrics and analyze monthly KPIs across paid and organic social media channels, key competitor activity and influencer campaigns;
  • Brainstorm and assist SMM Team Lead on paid influencer campaigns and other partnership activations.

Requirements

  • Working with Asian market is required (at least one of the listed: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand);
  • 3+ years of social media management experience at a B2C brand, preferably within financial services (but not required);
  • Proficient with social video + photo content capture; must be comfortable editing content on their own, as well as working closely with video editors/design team;
  • A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPl’s, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies;
  • Experience with social media / Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite, etc.);
  • Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, In-Shot, etc;
  • Trend savvy with a deep understanding of Social media trends, slang, etc on the chosen GEOs.
