  • Provide dashboards and analytics for each online channel;
  • Identify and deliver new opportunities and innovative campaigns/approaches;
  • Lead the negotiations with a digital agency and continuously monitor their performance;
  • Continuously monitor the quality of traffic;
  • Monitor and incorporate industry trends and best practices into marketing and sales efforts;
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support lead generation and customer retention.


  • 3+ years of proven client acquisition digital marketing experience;
  • Extensive proven experience working with paid traffic sources – Facebook, Google, Tik Tok;
  • Experience working with both app and web versions of the product;
  • Experience in a fast-paced online business (such as e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C company);
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 5e employees;
  • Experience in working with budgets from 50k USD;
  • Practical experience in user acquisition in Asia, LATAM, South Africa, and Europe markets;
  • Good understanding of conversion funnel performance and its analysis;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or other analytics tools;
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various “negotiating levers”. Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written.
